Matkasõudmine Viljandi järvel ja Eesti kõige kaunimates paikades.
Alates 2012nda aasta kevadest pakub Viljandi Sõudeklubi võimalust matkata sõudepaatidel Eesti kõige kaunimates paikades. Selletarvis on klubil kaks roolijaga neljapaati ja kaks roolijaga kahepaati. Paadid erinevad akadeemilistest sõudepaatidest, need on suuremad, stabiilsemad millega saab liikuda nii jõgedel, järvedel kui ka merel. Võimalik on sõita merel mööda rannikuäärt ja ületada lahtesid.
Esimene matk toimus 2012 aasta suvel Eesti neljal suuremal saarel ja Läänemaa rannikul. Matka kogupikkuseks oli 9 päeva mille käigus läbiti 300km. pikkune distants. Nüüd uuel algaval hooajal pakume samuti võimalust endale matk broneerida või külastada Viljandi Sõudeklubi argipäeviti, et teha sõudmisega algust.

Tour rowing in Viljandi and most beautiful places in Estonia.
Since 2012 Spring Viljandi rowing club has an option to do rowing tours on Lake Viljandi or most beautiful places in Estonia. Viljandi rowing club have two 4x/+- and txo 2X/+- quality gigboats what are made in Germany’s Baumgarten bootsbau factory.
There are no channels or big rivers in Estonia, therefor best place for touring is Western Estonia. There are four largest Islands in the Baltic sea, between them are small bays and islets. The distances are short and perfect to row and discover Estonian wild nature. The four largest island are Saaremaa, Hiiumaa, Muhuma and Vormsi. Near the Islands coast are located lot of islets what are homes for many different types of birds. There you can see a real wildlife, but if you row there, then you have to now the dates when is allowd to step on the islet, becaus it s not allowd to go there during the nesting time. On some islets you can find some farmesrs cheep who lives there only in summertime, ohter islet maby a lot of birds or some famos estonina writer or architect house. ….
Also it is possible to discover Estonians biggest lakes and rivers. One of that is Suur Emajõgi (Big Motherriver), what starts from Lake Võrtsjärv and fall into Lake Peipsi (estonian biggest lake). Journey from Lake Võrtsjärv to Lake Peipsi is about 90 km. long and almost in the middle of this journey is locate an old University town Tartu( Estonian second townd for it’s size), what is famos for it’s beautiful old town and University. Lake Peipsi is one of the largest lakes in Europe and the biggest transboundary lake. Today it is a part of the eastern border of the European Union with the Russian Federation.
